Associate of the Quarter

Assurity is pleased to recognize home office associates who make a big difference to our company and our customers. They may have significantly improved a business-related process or procedure. Their work ethic is extraordinary. They may have provided “best in class” customer service, developed and advocated some new innovation, or in some other way "knocked the ball out of the park."

This quarter our High Performance Award went to Tammi Dietz, annuity specialist in our new business services department. Tammi took over 100 percent of our complex annuity-related new business processing in 2009, which was a record-breaking year for annuity applications and policies issued. Her knowledge of state annuity-related regulations and efforts to practice Assurity's Ethical Behavior Value have been greatly appreciated.

While working in this position, Tammi has also demonstrated Assurity's Relationships Value on a regular basis.
